       @ale The overhead on Ethernet would be too high. What you want is to put the packets on a serial line, with Xon/Xoff flow control. No more than 9600bps for optimum signal:noise.

       @aleWhy TCP? That counts on accepting a source. Just pop it through UDP and when that person/computer picks up, blast away!Also, I doubt the TLA is ready for PGP-encrypted traffic over old phones. Imagine the sound! And nowadays, we can do that from anywhere! Just plug your phone into the mic jack on your PC and wham!FFS I wanna do that.
