       Okay, so the VPS is set up.I think I'll use the Borg guide from @thomas - Any recommendations on where to store those backups? My PC isn't an option, so it's gotta be a provider.

       @DecentralizedPeer Hetzner Storage Boxes. Schau dir ggf. auch Restic als Alternative zu Borg an. Das nutze ich mittlerweile.

       @thomas @SkyfaR Super, danke. 👍  Naja, für ne private Cloud will ich eben nicht 20€ im Monat ausgeben, auch wenn es sicher verlässlichere / bessere Provider gibt wie hetzner oder servercow.

       @thomas @DecentralizedPeer Gibt's eigentlich irgendwas wie sshfs, aber mit Datei-basierter Verschlüsselung? Ich finde es immer sinnvoll, alte Standards (hier: ssh/scp) zu nutzen. Macht den Anbieterwechsel leichter 🙂
