       @thegibson Kaspersky is honestly really good AV! The Kremlin only uses it for passive surveillance on nation state implants. Kaspersky is only a threat if you write or use malware on that level frankly. Kaspersky is otherwise (AFAIK) not used for surveillance in any other way.

       @prpl It's not the quality of their product that's the problem.I hold several of their certifications. They are the best bang for the buck on the market at KESB Advanced.BUT.If you hold ANY Federal Contracts in the US, you are basically now mandated to remove them from your environment.And after their involvement in Dragonfly/2.0 (they were involved) then power generation is a sector that patently should not be running them.Also, getting impossible to sell them due to bad press.
