       disable forced display: block rule for now
       
       This rule is intended to force showing the <body>. On ugly sites this is hidden
       sometimes and enabled using javascript.
       
       But I noticed this breaks some sites which are visible but break the layout,
       like:
       
       body { display: flex; }
