       @john_darksoul people want to blame the RAM / drive shortages on AI when more than likely they're all just price fixing to milk their biggest enterprise customersbetween customers that actually have money (AI companies) and gamers, who do you think RAM / drive suppliers are gonna go for?

       @bronze Oh yea, the margin they’re making on selling to AI corps is much much higher. These companies aren’t price sensitive at all. They don’t care how much it costs. This is the downside we haven’t seen so much of when talking about profit levels vs average income. Corps now have more buying power than the entire consumer market. Tech companies have been sitting on mountains of cash for years and now that they’ve decided to use it they’re leaving nothing left for anyone else. I hope they all burn.
