@Djeep Doesn’t there actually have to be an underlying crime for there to be hate crime stacked on top of it?Absent that we have no free speech at all

@thisisthebreath @Djeep Our Byzantine legal system makes this possible. Charges like "disturbing the peace" that can be issued at an officer's discretion, but are typically dropped in favor of warnings. Look at what happens when a pro-White group distributes flyers. Suddenly the most authoritarian description of "littering" gets trotted out so they can put hate crime or intimidation charges on top of it. Meanwhile, some nigger is throwing chiggun bones on the sidewalk, and nobody cares.

@Eleutheria2 @thisisthebreath @Djeep The law is whatever the midwit cop, the Karen DA, and the boomer judge says it is.

@NitroDubs @Djeep @thisisthebreath @Eleutheria2 Florida law is actually really clear about it, it's a crime to interrupt religious gatherings specifically and if it's shown that any crime was based on religious or ethnic prejudice it gets bumped up one level in sentencing severity (in this case to low level felony). It's a bad set of laws, but simple.
