       @weeniewawa @MummaBear Yes, but they need to pay someone to put out the traffic cones, someone to re-direct the traffic, someone to actually paint the roundabout, and three more someones to lean on shovels watching whilst displaying their arse-cracks. That doesn't come cheap!

       @MummaBear What they mean is that's what they'll spend of taxpayer money to make a point. They could leave them and the paint will wear off. They could spend it fixing stuff that needs fixing. They made choices.
