@Suiseiseki yeah, it's not endorsed by GNU and it allows proprietary stuff. It doesn't mean it's not Linux. Sure, it's not entirely free by default, but there's a reason for that.@waifu

@gettie @waifu Just because a GNU distro happens to use the kernel, Linux doesn't make such distro "just Linux".The video showed nothing that had anything to do with Linux - it appears to be a DE bug that may identically occur if you run that DE on a proprietary BSD or on GNU/Hurd.

@Suiseiseki i didn't say it's a GNU/Linux thing in general. i'm pretty sure if you install Cinnamon and the same plugin on any supported system, you will get a similar result.@waifu
