       Remove IETF docs and PEPs from web/.
       
       For visitors there is no call to any web interface
       involved. Instead fnord.one serves IETFs and PEPs
       solely via gopher - without any 'http(s)://' in
       between.
       
       Therefore I'd suggest to remove these docs from
       the 'web interfaces' category (and refile them).
