            6 to start  projects, hints for new  developers on how packagers  or other
            7 developers think. Overall it is to make open source a nicer place, which
            8 does not  get ugly over  time or slower due  to people just  adding what
            9 they found  on stackoverflow over  eachother because they  never learned
           10 the basics.
