       There seem to be two kinds of people. Those where #matrix mostly just works and those who run into all kinds of issues and complain 24/7 about how awful everything is.I wonder why I'm in the first group. Seriously, what am I doing different?

       @moreentropy common reasons for having a bad time:1) if you lose your session (clear the tab; delete the app) and later try to log back in, you will lose history sent since you were last logged in. this is fixed by MSC3814, but implementation has got repeatedly stuck.2) if you forget your recovery key/passphrase, you'll lose all your history. this could be improved too.3) if your server is beta or underpowered then risk of badness.4) abusive spam (we've been working away on antiabuse)
