       @eff whenever I read "harmful to minors" I ask myself, where are the parents of those children? In the same fashion that you need to learn how to properly feed, cloth and care for your children, parents need to learn how to handle childrens access to the internet. No additional laws needed

       @eff I would love to see this law.  The carve-outs for businesses are going to be so big that the law is going to be effectively meaningless to them but 100% controlling to the masses.  Everyone should begin forming their own LLCs so that they can claim their business will be impacted.

       @eff Does that mean that corporate VPNs, e.g. AWS VPCs are also banned?And the military/intelligence has to open their networks to the open Internet, as their employees cannot use a VPN to connect to their networks?

       @eff The idiocy here is systemic. it substitutes coercion for empowerment, just as authoritarian parenting substitutes strict control for guidance. But yeah, let’s address the symbol of risk, not the actual skill or judgment needed to navigate it.
