How do I find out what's different with Fennec Fdroid compared to the regular Firefox from Play Store? @fdroidorg

@DanOpcode It's an one-liner mostly: https://f-droid.org/packages/org.mozilla.fennec_fdroid/

@fdroidorg doesn't that page just tell the features Firefox already has? Not what makes Fennec different from Firefox?

@DanOpcode It literally says as much: "Fennec F-Droid browser is based on the latest Mozilla Firefox release. It has proprietary bits and telemetry removed, but still connects to various Mozilla services that can track users." Albeit that minimizes the work needed to clean it up, eg. just open the patch files: https://gitlab.com/relan/fennecbuild

@fdroidorg Thank you very much! Exactly what I was looking for. I hadn't seen that link; I had only seen link(s) to Firefox's own repository. Very interesting to see specifically what changes has gone into Fennec. Thank you for the job you do!
