       testing a new usb3 superspeed redriver/reclocker by microchip. it can successfully improve the signal on the third usb3 port of classic reform (mb3.0+rk3588) so that this cheap asix based ethernet dongle works (instead of crashes after a bit of rx load)

       @josch on the non-hub port of mb3.0 yeah, some usb3 superspeed devices don't work reliably, in combination with rcore.
