@mntmn How is the mainline Linux and u-boot support for this Qualcomm SoC? The main thing I've heard about Qualcomm SoCs and the kernel is that, at least on Android devices, they tend to have their own kernel forks. Also, have you had a chance yet to write anything about this Qualcomm processor module and what distinguishes it from the others?

@matt i'm working with @LinaroLtd who are helping with getting any last u-boot and linux bits fixed/upstreamed, but we already booted @postmarketOS a while ago on the devkit for the QCS6490 i have here. the 8550/8750 are a little less ready if i'm not mistaken, but one step after the other.

@mntmn this is the point where I go back to the schematic and ask "what can I delete to make this better?" :-)

@poleguy yes, many resistors and test points are there because of unknown behaviors/unclear docs, and i can delete those only after first bringup/tests...

update: 98 to go. a lot of long low speed connections through congested area took a while, so my velocity dropped today. the end is in sight though, but not today, time to go home!

@mntmn I'm really interested to see what the performance will look like with these Qualcomm SOCs... Keep up the good work!
