@FediFollows while I support this message of alternatives, the policy clearly states that they don't allow a list of things, amongst which "denigrates against individuals". They removed an example.I get that it sends out a signal, but the actual terms did not really change.

@martijn I think that's giving them way too much benefit of the doubt, considering their awful history of double-dealing, deception and generally screwing people over.When they give a specific example of hateful conduct and then remove that specific example, they're saying that they no longer consider it hateful or forbidden.

@calum As far as I can tell Debian has no official social media accounts at all, at least nothing linked from their website?But they (or other people?) seem to quietly run bot accounts that distribute their RSS feed?There is also something called Debian Social but it seems to be an initiative to provide other people with accounts?
