It talks about upgrading from Plasma 6.3, but we've long been on 6.4? Is this an old post or a mistake on your pages?

KDE-Plasma-6-5-3.tuxedo in the slug, 6.3.5 in the body on several places.

@gvs The URL is inconsistent. The text is correct because we have skipped 6.4. The Upgrader goes from 6.3.2 to 6.3.5. We are not yet delivering 6.4,

Also, they TTY option does not work. Your upgrade.sh script calls xterm which won't run on a TTY

@justin I assume you mean the Upgrader: this is a script, the dialogs are made with Zenity

@tuxedocomputers you could use kdialog by KDE to fit in better with Plasma.

Interesting, why the need for an upgrader for the minor upgrade?

@tuxedocomputers @gvs FYI: Even if I donโ€™t yet understand all the details, it worked well with no issues for me. I could click to read the instructions and then choose the terminal path.

@tuxedocomputersIt did not help, but I decided I'd just try to remove libkf5jsapi5, it just asked to removed krename too, which seemed harmless enough, and now the update seems to be progressing fineEDIT: it finished, rebooted, and nothing blew up so all good apparently ๐Ÿ‘

@tuxedocomputers I was able to perform the update on 2 systems without any significant interruptions. Only the brief disappearance of all icon-pictures, leaving them with a blank white placeholder icon, in the desktop bar unsettled me temporarily ๐Ÿ˜
