       @MicroSFF Stories like this one have been going around in trans community for a while now. But uh, I think in the variants I've heard, the fae was actually aware of the subject being trans, so uh, this is still noticeably different – and it's a good plot, either way, always nice hearing it 💚🏳️‍⚧️

       @laura I have seen that variant on Tumblr before, and it came to mind when mulling over story ideas today. I just changed that element to give not-William a bit more wossname triumph thing.
