       @dansup If everyone I know didn't exclusively use Whatsapp for communication, I probably would have ditched it years ago.I don't have the energy to try to convince anyone otherwise, it's basically the national standard for messaging here in the UK, you're unusual if you *don't* have it.

       @dansup what's up with people on here calling Bluesky fascist? From my experience, Bluesky is actually pretty inhospitable to right wing trolls because of community block lists, independent moderation services, etc etc. The only thing I can think of is that people might still think Jack is involved in the project but he's looong gone. https://www.theguardian.com/technology/article/2024/may/07/jack-dorsey-quits-bluesky-board-urges-users-stay-elon-musk-x-twitter
