       @dansup Are you sure? The way this has played out on bluesky has been unconvincing. Sure, it made it easier to find folks for some, but it's contributed to a mainstreaming of ideas and feeds that got in the way of having networks grow more organically. I know people have been super excited about this and  the block lists, I am not convinced they are good things in the long run.

       @dansup Has the conversation on how to represent them in ActivityPub progressed somewhere other than that GitHub issue you started?My priorities right now don't leave me any time to do my own server implementation, but I'm still very interested in how to design an implementation-agnostic data structure for starter packs/kits that people can view, share, maybe attach to a post, etc.Would be nice if we could get yours and e.g. @anze3db's compatible, to start with. 🙂

       @dansupWhat I like about this is that the people in the kit are chosen by someone they know rather than being based on popularity in the network.It still has a bit of a popularity bias, but at least here it is based on the knowledge of someone who knows the user rather than what "everyone else" thinks, which encourages group think bubbles.
