       Maybe I should've come this year too after all. But it's tough getting a Schengen visa as a Russian these days. Last year I had to basically lie on my French visa application that I'm going to Paris for a week, only to stay there for a day and take a train to Brussels. Had to get a French visa because Belgium doesn't issue tourist visas at all. And had to spend 2/3 of a day in planes and airports, both getting there and coming back, because there are no direct flights between Russia and EU countries and all land borders are closed.

       Daniel, just get yourself a passport already lol. It's not like it's complicated. I'm sure it's easier in Canada than it is in Russia (I had to wait several hours to apply for mine, and then several more to collect it, typical Soviet experience). am terrified of heights lolHave you never flown? O_o It's not nearly as terrifying, it's cool af, actually. That feeling when the plane takes off alone is worth it. Most of the time you don't even realize you're 10 km up in the air.
