       @dansup @pixelfed I like the 2019 one. It's clean, clear, and distinctive. The 2022 version looks like a generic corporate messaging app that doesn't want to offend anyone.

       @dansup @pixelfed 2022 a bit depressing to me…2019 using the colors as wings of an aperture with the P adapted accordingly? Maybe grayshades instead of colors?

       @dansup @pixelfed IMHO changing logos is usually a sign of enshitification. Users prefer stability and recognizability over "hot shit". You as the creator might not be satisfied anymore with the design but your users are used to it. They don't want to have to search all their apps for the right one after every update just because they don't recognize the logo anymore.
