This is a somewhat delayed response to a post I read some time ago. Briefly:
I'm Steve Taylor; I produce/oversee the desktop (Mac) and Web pages for the
weekly journal Science, and I have been looking into VRML for a while and
examining how it is being used in the scientific community.
Most of my current work and play is done on Macs, however I have access to
and extensive experience with Windows (3.x, 95) machines and a variety of
programming/scripting/markup languages.
Let me know what you are looking for and if I should provide some more
background information.
