*PC-based VR World Building Tools: Reviewers in this category
should be able to track the increasing number of world building tools
available to the PC user, and comment on these titles with authority.
*VRML: Reviewers in this category should be able to demonstrate an
extensive knowledge of VRML, and be able to offer readers the inside
track as to what's hot, and what's not.
