Hmm, yeah, Id been thinking about that. But as this is my first post
to this list let me tell you about why I subscribed to this list.

As the list was called Virtual Worlds and not V. Reality Worlds. I
thought the topics would include discussions about the telnet talkers
As far as I'm concerned they'r virtual worlds too. If you'r not
familier with these places try:

telnet toybox.infomagic.com 2010

this place is called foothills and is often quite busy.

or telnet dismayl.demon.co.uk 2010

this place is called underworld and is not so busy.

Any way in these worlds there is genrally a large number of public
rooms, designed by the admin of that world, These rooms are not
changeable by the general users. If you have a valid e-mail address
you can get residency in these worlds and you get three rooms of your
own. You then get to edit these rooms yourself.

Now ok, the rooms are only a text description, the world is in the
imagination of whoever reads it, But surly this kind of residency
idea could be applied to a VRML site?

Wouldn't that answer Sean's 'How to stop spamming a user modifiable
virtual reality world' ?
