a background in the many techniques and methods used by those people in this
and other countries who employ terror as a means to political and social
goals. The techniques herein can be obtained from public libraries, and can
usually be carried out by an individual with minimal equipment. This makes one
all the more frightened, since any lunatic or social deviant could obtain this
information, and use it against anyone.

However, in this day and age of GLASNOST, where former enemies are now
allies and vice-versa, we all should be aware of the possibility of subversive
internal elements (or perhaps invasion by a foreign power is still not totally
unlikely!). For those of you that have seen "RED DAWN" or "AMERIKA", or some
of the other films that have dealt with the suppression or elimination of our
freedom, and have felt enraged and frightened by the thought, this publication
is provided for your "future" reference. With the constant reduction in our
military strength and our open door policies with the world, it is not all
that unlikely for a military takeover. Even more likely is the economic take
over of our country. Rather than foreign armies marching over our countryside,
a few countries end up owning most of our industries and at an opportune time,
pull the plug, resulting in our economic collapse. Out with a whimper rather
        than a bang.

The source information for this publication was taken from several
        sources, including: The Terrorist's Handbook by Gunzenbomz Pyro-Technologies;
PHRACK Magazine; The Legion of Doom Technical Journals; and Army manuals FM7-8
The Infantry Platoon and Squad, TM 31-200-1 and TM 31-201-1 Unconventional
Warfare Devices and Techniques. All told, there were over 50 documents used,
ranging from single page notes, to 200 page manuals.
