Fees! Fines! Foes! ================== I write this as a response to fallingknife's phost, *On the burden of fees*. Yes, I pay them, too. And I do not see a great difference from fines. What if we just do something to avoid them? For example, paying because you have a driving license. I believe that the fees for renewing one is a fine for making a wrong decision. I don't like how every one who comes of age should have a driving license and drive a car. Cars make traffic jams, which defeat the purpose of having a car. They also increase the chance of being involves in a car accident. And you have to pay fees for inspections and insurance if you have one. I've sold mine to a dealer without buying a new one. But people always have good readons to make bad decisions. I hope some day we'll unite to avoid the decisions that lead to fees.
