My wife's brother-in-law works for Morgan Stanley, and he mentioned that he helped them develop their own filesystem for internal use. He said it is similiar to "Hadoop" (which, I admit, I had to google... I'm not a big data guy.) Sounds like an interesting project. I hope the garden is doing well while we're away from home. I set it up on an automatic timer with soaker hoses. The only issue is, we use the "mittleider method," which is a micro-fertilization method akin to hydroponics, but for low water. It requires fertilization every week, but we're going to be gone at least 3 weeks. I think it will be OK though, since the plants are in a kind of composite "soil" and not just in plain water.
