This document describes payment options for computer users outside
the United States who would like to register UniNova software. It
is not relevant to users within the United States.

==================================================================

Dear International UniNova Customer:

Thank you for reviewing this UniNova product! We recognize that
you may wish to register this product but that payment options may
seem overly inconvenient. Therefore, we offer the following ideas
and options to make registration easier from your location. Here
are some ways to submit payment of the registration fee:

1. If you live in a country where English is not the primary
language, you can exchange a translation of most or all of
the text in this product and its documentation for registration.
This requires that you are essentially fluent in English as
well as your native language, and is only valid for the first
translation for each product into any particular language. For
example, after the first German translation is accepted as
payment by UniNova, future translations into German would not
be valid for payment. If this option interests you, please
contact UniNova in advance to ensure that a translation has
not already been done for your language. (This also applies
to the first person to accurately translate the product's text
    into Esperanto.)

2. If you have a Visa or MasterCard credit card, you can check with
UniNova to see if credit cards are being accepted for payment.
This is not possible as of this writing, but by the time you read
this it may be an option.

3. Sending cash through the mail is not advisable; however, if you wish
to do so, UniNova will accept your country's paper currency for
payment. To do this, find a newspaper that lists the exchange rate
in effect for the day you mail the registration, and enclose the
newspaper clipping showing the exchange rate with your registration.
Because UniNova cannot accept coins, and because there is a good
chance that there will be a processing fee for UniNova's bank to
accept your country's currency, please round up the amount to the
nearest amount that can be sent as paper currency only. (As an
example, if you live in Germany and the registration for a UniNova
software product works out to be "DM 19,35", you would round that up
    to DM 20.)

In the event that UniNova's bank does not accept your country's
paper currency at all, and no bank can be found to exchange it
into USD, UniNova will still honor the registration and keep the
    currency as a novelty!

4. You can purchase an international money order or traveller's check
    for the registration amount.

These are just some ideas for sending payment. UniNova will attempt to
process any monetary instrument in the currency of any nation, and will
honor even those registrations for which the payment cannot be processed
as long as there is reason to believe the buyer made a "good faith" effort
to submit the registration fee in a usable form.
