Messenger v1.16 by Travis Taylor <Messenger@otherbbs.com>

1) Purpose

Messenger is a native WcCode application for Wildcat! Interactive
Net Server (WINS), formally Wildcat! v5 (WC5). It is designed to
allow a user to send an e-mail, in a simple one step process, to
whom you configure it to. For example, to send a message to
support, instead of the user having to know to whom to address
the message to, you configure it and all the user has to do is
just select this application option from a menu, then write the
    body of their message.

2) Installation and Configuration

Place the 'Mesenger.wcx' file in the WINS/WC5 root directory,
typically the c:\wc5 directory. Then create a Menu option for it
using WcMenu. Assign it what whatever Description you prefer and
Selection Key that is available. The Command Type should be 'Run
wcCODE Program'. The Program will be 'Mesenger'. The parameters
is where you can configure to whom and what the subject of the
message will be. For example, to send a message to 'John Doe'
with a subject of 'Request Access', the Parameters field would
contain '"John Doe" "Request Access" ', without the single quotes.
If no parameter is specified, then the message will be sent to the
sysop/administrator as defined within WINS/WC5, with a subject of
'Assistance request'. Then set the Access (Access Profiles), so
the user(s) can have access to the menu item you created for this
    application.

4) Registration/Cost

There is no cost or registration fee for this application, though
to gain full unrestricted use of this application you will need to
obtain a certificate key. This can be done freely, by emailing
Messenger@otherbbs.com with the following information from your
    WINS/WC5 WcConfig/General Info screen: Administrator's name,
Registration number, and System name. This is used solely for
tracking how usefully this application is, and to gauge if there
is a need for future similar applications.

3) Distribution and Usage

Messenger is freely distributed as is, with no guarantees or
promises of it's operation or future support. You may not modify,
alter, or reverse engineer any portion of this application in any
way, shape, form or manner without the expressed consent of the
    author.
