WhyICreatedIt ---------------------------------------------------------------

    X-Citer is like 5 tools in 1. 3 of these options will use your
      marked list to move, kill, or punish files or users. The other 2
      options are mass local uploading and cd-preping.

WhatItWillDo ----------------------------------------------------------------

    Features in this version include...

    #1..Use your marked list to move files from many areas to one. 
    #2..Use your marked list to delete files from many areas. 
    #3..Use your marked list to delete files and remove them from the 
         uploaders upload and kbyte counts.  
    #4..Create a text file listing all files in any 1 area. 
    #5..Mass upload any directory and do a CRC test on each file. 

Requirements-----------------------------------------------------------------
        
    Wildcat BBS v 5.0 or higher. 
    PKUNZIP.EXE and ATTRIB.EXE must be in your path.

QuickSetup-------------------------------------------------------------------
 
    #1..Copy *.wcx to your wildcat home dir. [C:\WC5]
    #2..Open WcMenu and add it to your menu(s)
    #3..Logon and try it!

CommandReference-------------------------------------------------------------

    MOVE.....Browse your file areas and mark all files you wish to
               move.(No cd's) Run X-CITER and select MOVE. Pick the area
               to move the marked files to. All files will be moved to the
               new file area. If any file on the marked list already
               exists in the new file area, a list will be shown when
               the program finishes. (Area display defualts to file group 1)   

    UPLOAD...Select a file area. All files must already be in that directory.
               A CRC test is done to each file uploaded before being added
               to the file database. If any file fails the CRC test, a list
               will be created when the program finishes.     
 
    KILL.....Browse your file areas and select any files you wish to remove
               from the database and drives. 

    CD-PREP..Select a file area. A text file will be created in that directory
               containing all file names, sizes, & 1 line description. List
               entries will look something this...
               ( FILENAME.ZIP   1,123,658   SOME COOL PROGRAM  )

    PUNISH...Browse your file areas and select any files you wish to remove
               from the database and drives. The uploaders kbyte & upload
               counts will be decreased for each file deleted. 

UnRegisteredLimits-----------------------------------------------------------

        This product is fully functional.  Only a 5 second delay after
          each file proccessed. Not to mention the famous UNREGISTERED
          prompt.

WordToTheWize----------------------------------------------------------------

    This program has been tested on a DX4/120 w/ 20 megs and a Cyrix 
      686/133+ w/ 48 megs networked under Windows 95.  
         
    This is one of my first releases, so if its hard to setup or follow the
      instructions don't worry, things will get better with each new
      version and release. Or call the MicroMelt Support BBS for help
      and FAQ's.    

    All files in this zip should have the same date. 

    Builds are the month & date of the last program compiling.
