Catnews! for Wildcat! v5

v1.8 Added the ability to customize the HTML newsletter. A CTSTART.HTM
file (if exists) will be looked for in the same directory as the
the Catnews program (Your Wildcat 5 Home Directory). This file
can be edited to change your look of the HTML Newsletter file.
You can change color, background using the <body = line> and
even add additional html code for Font size etc. I have included
a default cthtm.cfg file for you to edit or look at. Be sure
to copy this to the WC5 directory. There is also a CTEND.HTM file
(if Exists) that would be used to add Default information to the end
of your newsletter. Now you can finish your Newsletter with IMAGES,
links, whatever you chose using the CTEND.HTM. This file is inserted
immediately after the News. See the samples enclosed.
I also updated the .WCX program so that the SHELL
execution is seemless and minimized. :)

Also, a NEW Order.Frm reflects our New Address.

v1.7 Found a problem with the auto-trim function in UNREGISTERED versions.
If you had used the Registration code 0000AAAA, the program was
always deleting the old ANSI newsletter regardless of what Line 5
listed. The fix is actually just entering all zeros for the
Unregistered code. This bug did not effect registered copies.
      v1.7 is a documentation change.

v1.6 AutoTrim Feature changed (Last line of Config file). The
Autotrim number can be any number from 0 to 9999. A 0 means
that ALL OLD NEWSLETTERS WILL BE OVERWRITTEN WITH NEW ONES!
This ONLY effects the ANSI newsletters, ALL HTML newsletters
are overwritten anyway with the latest news. I recommend
a Auto-trim number of 3 which means the last 3 ansi newsletters
will be on your system. Remember, the HTML newsletter is
overwritten each time you generate news, and the HTML news also
gets updated with the Date you changed the news. It looks a LOT
more professional this way (in HTML).

v1.5 Recompiled the .WCX, and Put the FONT size of the News back
to Size 2 to make sure it fit under 640x480 modes.

v1.4 ADDED a LOGON.WCC and LOGON.WCX to the program. The LOGON
will FORCE the newsletter to Users Fast Logon too. They will
read the NEWS! I have also added support for the wcNAV
program to the LOGON.WCC. YOU MAY NEED TO EDIT THE PATH.
It is set to \WC5\WCNAV.EXE. Search for this string and
replace it with the correct path, compile it and you are set!
THE LOGON.WCX and LOGON.WCC MUST be in your WILDCAT! HOME
      DIRECTORY.

v1.3 CONFIG FILE CHANGE! See CTNEWS.CFG and UPGRADE.TXT!
I added the BBS Name to the html Newsletter, so I needed to read
this information from the CTNEWS.CFG file. Please change your
existing CTNEWS.CFG file to include the Name. (See sample)
Fixed the Built-in editor to creat the html Newsletter. Before
only the WCX was creating the HTML news. Now either method works.
Remember, CTNEWS.EXE (Written in C++) is what actually does the work!

Changed the ORDER.FRM to include more information about Ordering
      Catnews! (if you never registered).

The html Newsletter has a lot more HTML code to it. Read on!

v1.2 Added more HTML to really MAKE your NEWSLETTER LOOK GOOD!
Also added the WCPOWER Gif Image link to the bottom of the news
page and added the Date the News was created on the HTML page.
The ANSI newsletter looks just like the ol'e Catnews! most are

---->>>> NOTE! YOU MUST USE THE CTNEWS.WCX INTERFACE PROGRAM
FOR CATNEWS to work properly. I am working on a way
to make the HTML work from the internal Editor as well.
MOST Sysops prefer the CTNEWS interface and place it
on the Sysop Menu. THE HTML will NOT be created if
you use the internal CTNEWS.EXE editor. Use the WCX!

v1.1 Added HTML support that writes a HTML Newsletter page automatically.
NOTE! HTML support creates 1 newsletter of the current NEWs, your
OLD news is deleted so a fresh Page is created! THIS DOES NOT
APPEND your old news. The HTML Newsletter is created new, the ANSI
newsletter using WC @ codes follows the old Catnews format to the
auto-trim number located in the .CFG file.
