As you register your copy of this program, you receive a range of technical
support services designed for the different people of the world. DOMINION
understands that everyone is different and requires different ways of doing
things, so we have developed a wide range of support options for you to
choose.

If you choose not to register your product, then these services listed below
will not pertain to you. YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE RECEIVING TECHNICAL SUPPORT!
As your request comes in for support, your account of registration will be
automatically searched for, and if it does not find it, then your request will
be ignored and deleted.

When you do register, you will enjoy the many advantages that the unregistered
user does not: Technical Support Services, special offers on new releases by
DOMINION, notification of new releases, and upgrades, and product information.
IT DOES NOT COST ANYTHING TO REGISTER!

                     DOMINION TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES
                     -----------------------------------
Almost all of DOMINION's Technical Support Services are processed via 
DOMINION's Technical Support BBS. As you logon with the handle, DOMINION, and
the password, DOMINION, you will be greeted with a menu that asks for you to
choose what you would like to do. The first choice is to enter the BBS. The
Bulletin Board System carries all of the latest versions of DOMINION's
products, so you can always download the latest version quickly.

The other choice on the menu is for Technical Support. I will explain the
different types of support below.

STANDARD SUPPORT
----------------
With this service, you will be able to write E-Mail to DOMINION explaining
what you need support for. Before you are able to write the letter, you MUST
fill out the application. You must enter your REAL name, phone numbers, and
any available network addresses. ENTER THIS INFORMATION EXACTLY AS IT
APPEARED ON YOUR REGISTRATION LETTER!

This service is the easiest for us to process and the one most preferred. It
may take a few days for the reply to reach you through the networks.

EXTENDED AND PRIORITY SUPPORT
-----------------------------
These services are for the users who need support quickly and efficiently.
Extended Support is processed much quicker than Standard Support but requires
a small fee, of $1 per incident. The reply will be sent via DirectMail, so
you will be required to have DirectMail enabled.

Priority Support is for the users who need support NOW! With priority support,
your request is processed before all other services and a member of DOMINION
will personally call your BBS to fix the problem online! This requires a fee
of $3 per incident. If your BBS is down, then do not use this service.
