Requires AmiPro v3.x
BajaAmi.zip Released to Public Domain 11-01-94

To print the Baja document using both sides of paper.
Paper Orientation may vary with different printers.
I have a Hewlett Packard DeskJet 500C.
I used the "Courier New" TTF font. If you don't have
this font just use the Courier TTF.

Copy the enclosed WIDE.STY to your \AMIPRO\STYLES\
directory.

Changing the WIDE.STY to match your printer:

In AmiPro Select:
"New" at the File menu and select the WIDE.STY as your
Style sheet then goto File>Printer Setup to select
your printer. Then at the "Style Menu"
Save as a Style Sheet, With Contents.
Close the style sheet.

Open Baja.Sam (28 pages long) You probably will need
to Goto the FileMenu>Select Printer Setup to set up the
document for your printer.

Select Print Ctrl+P > Check Box: (0) "Odd Pages"
Print Options > Check Box: [X] "Reverse Order"
Click "OK" to start printing.

When finished printing "Odd Pages" feed printed pages
back into printer with page 1 facing up checking proper
orientation.

Select Print Ctrl+P Check Box: (0) "Even Pages"
Print Options > *Un-Check* Box: [ ] "Reverse Order"
Click "OK" to start printing "Even Pages".

Then print the Table Of Contents "BAJA1T.SAM" 1 page.

Then print the Index "BAJA1I.SAM" 1 page.

Another method of madness: You could also re-generate
the Index and TOC at the Tools>TOC Index menu. Since all
the Index powerfield codes are in the main Baja.Sam.
This way you could use different font sizes, and page
layout etc..
