Important notes:
----------------
The scrolling text file must be in your RA Directory. It's name must be
SCROLL.TXT. To modify your text you can use a normal editor like EDIT.
You may press return, to get to the next line. The scroller automatically
makes one scroll-line out of your text file!!!

Options manual:
---------------

1) Scroll Y-Offset:
This defines the Y Position of the beginning of the scroll. Remember, the
screen uses in textmode 25/50 Lines.

2) Scroll X-Offset:
This defines the X Position of the beginning of the scroll.
Valuas may vary from 1 up to 80.

3) Scroll Size:
This option lets you define the length of the scroll.
   E.G.:
If your Y-Offset is 23 and your X-Offset is 10, you may want to
set your scroll size to 60. This means, the actual scroll line will
be seen from P1(10|23) up to P2(70|23).
Notify, that too great values let the scroll-line scroll in more than
   one line (may be unwanted).

4) Ansi Name:
This option lets you input the file of the ansi which will be displayed
when starting the scroller. This could be the main menu, a message, or
   anything else.

5) Scroll-Limit Characters:
These are the characters shown at the beginning and end of the scroll.
The characters are displayed dark grey.
   E.G.:
If your left character is "<" and your right character is ">", your
scroll line will be just like this:
        <.....TEXT...TEXT.....>
6) Scroll Speed:
This will set the scroll speed to your defined level.
The value maybe in a range from 0 up to 99, where 0 is the fastest and
   99 is the slowest.
The value defines the times, the VGA-Card is build up, before scrolling.
   E.G.:
       a) Your scroll speed is 6. This is a moderate level: The scroll line
can be read good, and scrolls normal.
       b) Your scroll speed is 1. This is a soft level: The scroll is very
fast and can be read very strongly. This requires high-speed
transfer (>28.800 Baud). Otherwise it will flicker.
This mode is not recommended for Modem Usage!
       c) Your scroll speed is 10. This is a slow level: The scroll will
be very slow and the user trying to read this will get angry.
