Line 3 : Path to Enhanced Config.  Leave blank if you are not using
         Enhanced Config

Line 4 : Viewing user stats.  There are three options:
         1. "internal" for the internal user stat viewer.
         2. "none" to not use one.
         3. Full pathname to a "Finger" ppe.  You may have your own PPE to
            see other users's stats you may want to use.
            ie: !C:\PPE\FINGER\FINGER.PPE
         The user currently logged onto the selected node will have their
         name/handle passed as the first parameter to the PPE (if used).
         Be sure your PPE handles this.

Line 5 : Broadcast message (OLM, or online message).  Three possible options:
         (similar to Line 4 for the view user stats)
         1. "internal" for the internal olm routines.
         2. "none" to not use one.
         3. Full pathname to a "BR" ppe.
            ie: C:\PPE\BR\BR.PPE

Line 6 : Miscellaneous options:
         Token 1: Log usage to caller log.  yes/no
         Token 2: Number of seconds between node updates.
         Token 3: Number of seconds for auto-quit.
         Token 4: Length (width) of lightbar.
         Token 5: Color of lightbar.
