This is the GINNY-PIG (sp? ..) version of GIGO. Major internal changes
were made, and I need help alpha testing it before being sent to the
general public.

   READ THE NOTES FILE.

   If I have to netmail you long distance, telling you that the reason
   it doesn't work is because you didn't read the notes file, I am
   going to leave that netmail on hold, and wait for you to poll for it.

Please, only use this version if you are volunteering your time and efforts
into trying a highly experimental version of GIGO. The docs on this are
probably even worse than normal. "Docs? Nah, I look at the nurses!"

When running, make a backup of your spool directory and your fidonet
directory; then run GIGO. Check on things after they have ran. Key things
to watch out for:

  o truncated messages? (updated kludge check code)
  o bounced messages? (for your users and downlinks)
  o funny looking addresses made (case insensitivity)
  o mail not going to functions like fileserv, mailing lists etc
    (bounced mail detection)
  o mail continuously bouncing between a bounced address,
    and a specific function in gigo (bounced mail detection)
  o Origin and Organization lines acting as expected?
  o Mailing list support:
     o Make sure it's not sending to the person who wrote the msg
     o Make sure the messages look OK in all directions
       o   email  ->  news+echo
       o   news   ->  email+echo
       o   echo   ->  email+news

If you do not wish to be a ginny pig, look for the file called GIGO*.ZIP
instead; it is the complete (thusfar) package, and is fairly stable as
far as the world can tell.
