From The Desk Of Larry Athey - To: All

I figured since so many people have Freq'd the TDK v1.31 door development kit
for writing MAX Graphics SVGA doors, I would drop a line here to update you on
the status of things.

I am well aware of the fact that the SVGA side of The DoorKit has some bugs in
it and that the example program SVGATEST.PAS is extremely limited. All that
program was really meant to do was prove that you could have local and remote
SVGA graphics happening in your doors.

The good news is that I have found a programmer who has been helping me get the
bugs worked out of the SVGA side of The DoorKit. Brad Larned (1:205/400) of The
Fresno Online BBS and owner of FzSoft Software has been working with The
DoorKit extensively and between us, we're actually getting the thing working
like it's suppose to. If things keep going at this rate, Brad Larned will be
the first to release a fully ANSI/ASCII/MAX compatible door.

The next release of TDK (v1.32) will have a complete example SVGA door that
will demonstrate all of the most important features of the SVGA side of TDK.
This door should be enough of a reference for you to perform anything that you
could possibly want to do. Sorry I didn't get this example program in there
sooner, but the terminal and paint programs were higher on the priority list.

That's all for now....I'll keep you posted on developments as they happen....
