So what is Locatha Inc. up to these days?

Well here is what BWM has found out,

#1 - they have totaly dropped the DDO-F/X for online door
games. However, they encourage other programmers to use
this scripting language to create their own door games
with this added feature. Or to just add this emulation
onto their current games.

#2 - They have start a new project. To make games
on the internet using somewhat this type of technology
and effects with-in your browser through a plug-in
or some thing to that effect. They will shortly be
beta testing their first game, and would like to
bring together at least 150 players to try it out.
The max that the game can currently handle is 150
at one time, but they are trying to bring that number
up to 500 players the same time.

This is basicly is made for web-BBSes, so they will
not need to reply on cheap java-based internet games.

This new gaming style may become a standard to the
internet gaming world as ANSi became to the online door
world. Authours will then be able to create internet games
with a greater ease than in the past.
