 Installing Ezypro v1.05

Installing Ezypro is very simple!

All you need is the archiver to unarchive the Ezypro package.

Ezypro can be installed in your Ezycom directory or a
directory of its own.

Unpacking the distribution package
----------------------------------

Ezypro is originally packaged with PKZIP. If you have
acquired Ezypro in another format your Ezypro package has
been tampered with. Make sure you scan the files for viruses if
this is the case!

Installing in your Ezycom directory
-----------------------------------

Ezycom is installed on drive C: and the directory is called EZY.

Press Enter after each of the commands listed below.

  C:
  CD \EZY
[Copy the EZYPR12B.ZIP archive into this directory]
  PKUNZIP EZYPR12B.ZIP

In a directory other than Ezycom
--------------------------------

You want to install Ezypro in a directory called Ezypro on
  your C: drive.

Press Enter after each of the commands listed below.

  C:
  CD\
  MD Ezypro
  CD\Ezypro
[Copy the EZYPR15B.ZIP archive into this directory]
  PKUNZIP EZYPR15B

Having done this make sure you make a backup copy of
EZYPR15B.ZIP and then place it in your Ezycom utilities
directory for other people to download.

If you've got this far you now have Ezypro installed. But not
ready to run. If you type Ezypro now you will get a message
telling you that the control file could not be found.

  Type SET Ezypro=<drive>:\<directory>

where <drive>: is the drive where you installed Ezypro, and
<directory> is the directory you installed it.

You must now run EPROMENU /SETUP. This will create the control file
with default values and then launch you into Ezyshell. From there you
  can edit the configuration.

Upgrading from an older version
-------------------------------

Simply unpack the archive over the top of your existing Ezypro files.
For v1.05 you must run the UPGFTP.EXE program to upgrade your config
files before running any other Ezypro programs.

You should also start Epromenu and go into the configuration program
change a parameter (then change it back to its original value), to
force the configuration program to save your configuration file. This
will ensure that any changes to your config files have been written.

New files included in this release
----------------------------------

There are a number of GIF and JPG files included with version 1.04
and upwards. You may use these files freely, but you may not modify
them. They are provided as samples to help you understand how the
  Ezypro internet functions behave.

  Congratulations on selecting Ezypro!
