LORD Authors Newsletter - Active/Inactive/Dead site classification:

<P><B>Notice:  I'm going to classify Lord authors, and webmasters as
falling in one of these main categories:  Fully Active, Semi-Active, Fully
Inactive, Semi-Inactive, and Dead Sites/Authors.  Category descriptions:
    <I>Active Authors</I> - those who have released programs for a LORD
program in the last 6 months, are known to be working on new/updated Lord
programs, have provided recent newsletter entries, or have done recent
updates of their Lord web-sites.
    <I>Inactive Authors</I> - those who haven't written me since the last
newsletter issue was released in mid-June;  haven't updated their web-site
in 3-4 months;  have classified themselves currently inactive for various
reasons;  or have not released any Lord programs in the last 3-4 months,
and aren't known to be working on new programs.
    <I>"Dead" Sites/Authors</I>:  Sites that haven't been updated since the
start of this year.  Authors whose email addresses are invalid/worthless.
And Lord authors who I haven't heard from in over a year, such as Joseph

LORD Authors Newsletter - August 2000 development cycle notes:

<P><B>August Update Notes:  Aug 14: Added new info received from Jason
Brown and Lloyd Hannesson, cleaned up page's appearance. Aug. 21: Added
entries for last week's new Lord/Lord2/WT-Lord/Teos files, Ken Weitzel, and
David Simmons.  Updated Jason Brown, Hannesson, and Mike Dillon entries.
Added info from Lord Legacy site's News page.  Aug. 28: Updated newsletter
entries: Blankenship, Dillon, Idaho, Korombos, and Tien Lung.  Moved all
non-responsive Lord authors to the Inactive Lord Authors section.
Aug. 29: Openings/Closures section updated.  Updated entries for Duncan
Idaho, Lloyd Hannesson, and Marty Blankenship.  Added Seth Robinson entry.
Revised Introduction and Closing sections. Aug. 30: Bobby Queen entry
revision started.  Aug. 31: Finished Queen entry revisions.  Added Elric's
entry. </B></P>
