What is new in 1.10 from 1.01:

TESTCFG.EXE was given an overhaul, routines added so it now reports the
planet name FROM the planets.dat file.

When installing an IGM in TEXTCFG.EXE, it now checks the planet for a Bank,
Gossip Wall, M or A Headquarters and Dreamor Temple and counts those as
IGMS while doing the "is there already 8 IGMs?" math.  (It used to only
allow five per planet to be sure)

Bug fixed with NODE?.DAT was being read from the WRONG directly, it worked
correctly with node 0, which is why I didn't catch this sooner. :/

TESTIGM.PAS now shows the TEOS dir and the IGM dir, so it's easy to see how
to read data files from either dir.

What is new in 1.01 from 1.00:

An option demostrating bad word/symbol stripping and line input was added
to the TESTIGM.PAS file.

A special series of key strokes could lock up the game - this was fixed!!
(TEOS Beta 4 and older had this problem too)

I'm fairly sure some text was added to the STRUCTS.TXT file.

TESTCFG.PAS, the installation program was updated a bit.  If it could not
find PLANETS.EXE it would continue with the installation, now it doesn't.
Also added a "Nevermind" option.
