what are they changing? they're asking for one of several things...

  1. please carry my echo on the backbone. here's my elist notice.
  2. please remove my echo from the backbone.
  3. please change the name of my echo from foo to bar.

why does nick need to weigh in on this? he has nothing to do with the NAB...
the three stars and the backbone.* files maintainer are the only ones who
really have a say in this... without them, there is no NAB serving any fidonet
zones...
