<rotfl>  IT is though, we find out waht's broken.  WOuld
probably be a good idea for mods who really care to send out a test about once 
a year in their echoes requesting all the
major echomail movers to reply if they're connected, that
way we as mods can chase broken links ourselves, take the
weight off the backbone admin.
GUess the onus is really on us as mods to do that, but a
process such as Ross's backbone audits helps too.
