I just sent off a request for me to moderate a new echo called "WX_TALK" 
(Weather Talk).  I hope this echo will compliment the existing "WEATHER" echo 
which seems to be geared more towards technical aspects.

WX_TALK is for just general weather discussion.  

I would like to request this to be added to the Zone One Backbone.
