AP> Bob... I have unlimited long distance... Once I get my POPs line AP> reinstalled I will gladly call and deliver if it would save you some AP> $$ No thanks. I'm quite happy with the feed I get from Jeff Smith. I am *not* happy with Qwest, but I can't do anything about that, they're the only game around - by law, the company in Emerson can't extend their lines the mile or so from the boundary to my house. Qwest has nearly all of the rural phones in Iowa and Nebraska - and probably west of the Mississippi and north of Oklahoma. My house is quite literally at the end of the phone cable, the other end of it is at Qwest's automated switch (there's no office there, just a little building with the switch in it) in Malvern, IA, about 12 miles away. --- FleetStreet 1.19+ * Origin: Bob's Boneyard, Emerson, Iowa (1:300/3) .
