If it were me, I'd let it sit for a while as just listed in BACKBONE.NA... 
Maybe later break them out?  I know there were other echos that were actually 
gated newsgroups in the past like Science, but that one at least doesn't seem 
to be gated any longer so someone would have to find "the others" <g>. And this 
way, Allen's echos will get listed out publically now so people will see the 
tagnames.
