      I, personally, could care less what the elist says.  It's full of
errors, and the keeper is well known to play silly games with it.


      The robot only responds to the recognized moderator, and if there's no
verification available it cannot do anything.  If I have to step in and take 
manual control, it's so much easier to simply stop transporting an echo rather 
than try to play echo-cop with the participants.
