Hello All,

I suffered a massive heart attack last Thursday (they call the type I had 
called a widowmaker) and spent four days in the hospital.  Luckily, no damage 
to my heart but I will be undergoing a triple bypass surgery sometime within 
the next three months due to three blockages in my heart.  I have to be 
careful with stress levels lest I have another heart attack that will kill me 
though I'm sure Wilfred and Bjorn would celebrate if I dropped dead.
