Could but I am working on the elist program to take on all the areas in the
backbone.na file that do not currently exist within the ELIST.* files.
These new areas (as it were) will be marked by a special flag (backbone would
you believe) and will not expire nor will posts go out for them as they will 
be
marked as moderated by elistmaint, 2:250.1.

The main thing is that none of them have a description connected to them so if
mods or any one else would like to include one that matches the Title they are
more than welcome to do so and to this end the elist main data file has been
changed so that the Description is removed and stored in a file similar to the
Rules files - this way I can cut down on the storage requirements.

Process to offer a Description will be posted in ELIST and ECHOLIST echo's 
once
the program is up and running with the additions made as testing might take a
little while.

These backbone echo's, some or even all can be taken on by one or more people
but as they are not being moderated etc is it needed ?

The jury is out :)

Reporting will go for all will go to the files : backbone.na, .na etc.
